For existing customers that have a policy number starting with "VWA"

Volkswagen Car Insurance policies that were quoted after 9th July 2025 and have a policy number that begins with "VWA" are arranged, underwritten and administered by Liverpool Victoria Insurance Company Limited (part of Allianz). You can find out information about your policy (including how to make a claim or make changes to your policy) on the documents that were emailed to you, returning to the main Volkswagen Car Insurance page.

If you've not heard from us when you were expecting to, you can contact us. Please check your policy documents for the correct phone number.
